This is a physical product. No digital files are included.
Orders are printed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days after payment has been made.
Shipped with tracking from our production partner. Delivery times vary based on location.
Shipping Duration: when delivery address is in US, 4-8 business days after goods have been sent out; when delivery address is in Canada, 5-15 business days after goods have been sent out; when delivery address is in Australia, 4-8 business days after goods have been sent out.
Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges are not supported if customer just ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed the mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free exchange or a refund if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using email petstellation@hotmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
If there is an issue affecting multiple products that with the same deisgn, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purpose.
Please note that Petstellation will not be held responsible and will not offer exchanges or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reship with an extra charge or a partial refund. For digital printing products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
